Digital Product Return Policy

JewelCAD Designs specializes in digital CAD files. Because our products are delivered electronically, returns and refunds are handled differently from physical goods. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Contact Support Terms & Conditions

Digital Products

  • All products sold on JewelCAD Designs are digital CAD files.
  • No physical products are shipped.
  • Files are delivered electronically after successful payment.

Non-Refundable Purchases

  • Once a digital file has been delivered or download access has been provided, the purchase is generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not available for change of mind.
  • Refunds are not available if you purchased the wrong design or selected an incompatible file format.

Eligible Refund Cases

  • You receive a corrupted or unreadable file that cannot be replaced.
  • You receive a completely different product than the one purchased.
  • Duplicate payments for the same order.
  • Technical delivery failures where the purchased file cannot be provided.

Technical Support

  • If you experience download issues, we will restore your download access whenever possible.
  • If a file is damaged or incomplete, we will provide a replacement copy.
  • Our support team will assist you in resolving delivery-related issues promptly.

Refund Review

  • Each refund request is reviewed individually.
  • Additional information may be requested before a decision is made.
  • Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
